Responsibilities:
- Work with the R&D team on quality planning from the early stage of product development.
- Manage overall quality activities across the Business Unit, including product development, customer requirements, sales support, inventory, and product transition.
- Set quality goals for the BU and support departments in achieving them.
- Build and improve quality systems, project development processes, and IPD processes.
- Identify project risks, monitor product quality performance, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints, major quality issues, and product quality problems, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
- Monitor project process compliance and lead technical review assessments.
- Use data analysis to identify problems and improve processes continuously.
- Organize stage review meetings during the R&D phase.
- Conduct process training and strengthen team quality capabilities.
- Promote quality awareness and a strong quality culture across the BU.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in quality-related roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in R&D quality is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality-related work, preferably in R&D quality.
- Familiar with ISO9001 and quality tools such as 8D, QC tools, APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma, and QCC.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Familiar with hardware, software, FPGA, and mechanical development processes.
- Knowledge of IPD processes; experience in setting up or implementing IPD is an advantage.
