• Product Strategy & Management:
  • Direct regional product management to meet sales, profitability, and long-term sustainability goals.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle in alignment with market needs and regional objectives

• Process & Operational Excellence:
  • Develop and enforce structured processes for professional and strategic business activities within the product category.
• Market Research & Marketing Execution:
  • Execute market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product positioning and growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Lead regional sales and marketing campaigns, including timely and impactful media partner collaborations, to maximize ROI.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Training:
  • Collaborate with specialists (e.g., colour specialists) to conduct workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption and boost regional sales.
• Inventory & Financial Management:
  • Oversee PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) regionally to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability.
  • Plan and ensure efficient, timely execution of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets for maximum market impact.
• Marketing & Channel Development:
  • Develop sales strategies, collaborate with local subsidiaries to build and review channels, and conduct monthly PDCA reviews.
  • Implement channel development plans in collaboration with local teams and partners.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in marketing functions
• 3 years of experience in product marketing management 
• Supervisory experience will be an added advantage
