Job Description
Casa Clava, an exclusive and premium membership club that offers bespoke and premium experiences that
centers around entertainment, travel, sports and wellness, is looking for individuals who are passionate
about luxury lifestyle and sales to join us as Relationship Manager.
You will be responsible for attracting new members and retaining existing members, establishing potential
channels or opportunities to expand the member base.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new members and grow the club’s membership base while
building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective members through networking events and
industry gatherings.
Conduct personalized tours of the club, providing prospective members with an in-depth understanding
of the clubs amenities, offerings, and benefits.
Maintain the clubs CRM Management system to ensure all members data are up to date.
Work closely with Lifestyle Producer and Concierge team to develop promotional materials, campaigns,
and strategies to attract new members. Assist in creating and organizing exclusive events to showcase
the club to potential members.
Gather feedback from prospective and new members about their experience with the sales process,
offering insights to improve the sales cycle and overall member acquisition.
Regularly report sales performance, member acquisition rates, and progress towards targets to the Use
data to adjust strategies and improve results.
Job Requirement
Tertiary education is preferred
Relevant 2- 3 years experience in Hospitality industry or work within a private members club or similar
high-end service environment
Resourceful, independent, possesses initiative and drive
Excellent Negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Work experience in Singapore and/or APAC market is essential
An existing network of contacts within high-net-worth community is preferred.
