Responsibilities:

• Handle outgoing and incoming remittances accurately and promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate validation of client instructions.
• Conduct professional and friendly client callbacks.
• Handle various tasks such as ad-hoc fund transfers, cheques/cashier orders
• Provide exemplary banking customer service and attend to enquiries from customers
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from management

Requirements:

• Possess Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant branch operations & remittance from banks.
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel
• Only Singaporeans
