Position: Retail Associates
Salary: $2200-$3000

Job Scope
- Deliver excellent and personalized customer service.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and promote store activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Support team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle stock replenishment and ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow company SOPs and assist with other assigned tasks.
- Stay updated on fashion and lifestyle trends and apply creative thinking.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Manage time efficiently, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Previous experiences of working in retail, apparel, fashion, or FMCG will be an advantage.
- Great passion for the retail fashion industry and sales aggressive
- A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
