Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales growth and market expansion strategies to increase local cutting tool market share in Singapore
- Manage key client relationships to drive business development and customer retention
- Oversee P&L management and allocate resources to optimize financial performance
- Optimize operational processes and inventory levels to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and manage the sales and operations team to achieve business objectives
- Prepare reports and collaborate effectively with headquarters to align strategies and operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated minimum 15 years of sales experience, including at least 10 years in the cutting tool industry
- Proven minimum 5 years of management experience leading teams or departments
- Experience working within a global company environment
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
