A European Security System supplier is hiring for a Sales Manager to setting up the dealer network in South East Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
- Provide training to all partners
- Managing exhibitions and other sales events
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Security Dealer or System Integrator in our Business preferable from Video Business, Public Address or Software Control Business (Building Management Systems
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
- Should have team leading skills for a small sales team.
- Possess good business Acumen.
- Able to travel up to 50% regionally.
