Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate processing & coordination of shipments and its documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance for customers.
- Strict adherence to all internal regulations to ensure all business is carried out in compliance and with integrity.
- Timely issuance of sales/purchase contracts upon conclusion of business.
- Timely generation of reports (monthly GP, outstanding contracts etc.) to track business progress.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements
- Minimum Degree
- 3-5 years of working experience in Shipping coordination functions
- Familiar with Incoterms
