Responsibilities

1. Timely and accurate processing & coordination of shipments and its documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance for customers.
2. Strict adherence to all internal regulations to ensure all business is carried out in compliance and with integrity.
3. Timely issuance of sales/purchase contracts upon conclusion of business.
4. Timely generation of reports (monthly GP, outstanding contracts etc.) to track business progress.
5. Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

• Minimum Degree
• 3-5 years of working experience in Shipping coordination functions
• Familiar with Incoterms
