Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and requirements phases of infrastructure network operations projects.
• Manage and troubleshoot SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Oversee infrastructure network testing and implementation processes.
• Oversee network operations activities and the installation of network systems according to design specifications.
• Simulate user issues to identify solutions for resolving network and connectivity-related problems.
• Develop temporary fixes to address infrastructure-related incidents until permanent solutions are implemented.
• Manage the implementation of approved infrastructure changes and maintenance procedures.
• Pilot new tools, technologies, or processes to improve infrastructure system performance.
• Contribute to the design and execution of infrastructure replacement plans.
• Guide and train teams in resolving infrastructure-related incidents.
• Develop client satisfaction metrics and service procedures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
• Perform ongoing optimization and tuning of infrastructure network hardware and software, including updates and upgrades.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNP, NSE, or CCSA.
• Cloud knowledge and certifications are considered an advantage.
• Experience with network management systems such as SolarWinds, WLC, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager.
• Understanding of cloud-based network technologies and architectures, including Azure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and availability to work outside regular office hours and on weekends as needed.
