Jobscope:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production/utility equipment (pumps, agitators, valves, homogenizers).
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment performance in collaboration with engineers.
- Plan and allocate resources for maintenance activities; coordinate vendors and contractors.
- Manage spare parts inventory and respond to ad-hoc/after-hours breakdowns.
- Ensure safety compliance, permit-to-work authorization, and contractor supervision.
- Maintain SAP records and uphold ISO 9001 & GMP standards in all site activities.
Requirements:
- NTC/ITC/Diploma in Mechanical background
- 6 to 8 years of experience in maintenance
- Preferably with experience in Food or Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries
- Hands-on experience in repairing pump, mixers and any rotating equipment
- Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance function (module)
- Able to interpret P&ID and mechanical drawings
- Willing to work shift hours if required by business
