Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Management, HR payment(non-payroll) and Claims Administration functions in HR Shared Services.
- Accountable for SLA deliverables and achievement of Data & Transaction Sections workplan.
- Serve as the Data Steward for HR system and Product Owner for Pfile Digitalization including overseeing vendors, payment and Pfile server related matters.
- Oversee the coordination of digital transformation initiatives within HR Shared Services.
- Manage projects, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively engage stakeholders on service-related matters.
- Promote the HR Shared Services values in Quality, Efficiency, and Service.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 12 years of relevant HR experience (including 5 years or more leadership experience).
- Strong HR system (Success Factor), MS Office, SharePoint, RPA and Power Automate knowledge preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills and able to handle complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
- Exhibit strong people management skills and competent in motivating and developing team(s).
