Job Scope:
- Reports to the Head of Risk Management & QMS and work closely with the Corporate and Purchasing functions to fulfill the human rights and social sustainability roadmaps.
- Deploy and implement the Responsible Supply Chain Program for Manufacturing site to assess and mitigate social, environmental, health & safety, and ethical risks in our extended supply chain, including:
- Briefing and educating suppliers and their workers on company’s standards
- Working with a 3rd party auditing firm to conduct audits on identified local suppliers
- Following up on the completion of Corrective Action Plans with the local suppliers
- Reporting progress and action completion to Corporate coordinators
- Supporting the Business continuity management systems activities working with corporate, site owners for following corrective actions plans and supportig in reporting the corporate indicators.
Job Requirements:
· Degree/ Diploma in related fields
· Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
· Organized and meticulous with basic computer skills in microsoft excel and powerpoint
· An ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your workload, and be autonomous.
· Comfortable in engaging and working with actors from different working cultures and backgrounds, with diverse approaches to reaching the same goal.
· Fluency in English, with demonstrable spoken and written communication skills. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
