- Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings in various geographies and time zones.
- Book domestic and international travel, adhering to policies and guidelines.
- Assist with meetings and technology set-up details.
- Resolve routine day-to-day requests from internal departments.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
- Manage international travel, including visa preparation
- Manage expense report coordination and submissions
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirement
- minimum GCE O Level
- More than 2 year of working experience in calendar and travel management
