Supply Chain Risk Management:
oProactively source and develop alternative suppliers to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Cost Optimization:
oNegotiate favorable pricing with suppliers to minimize costs and control price increases while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Contract Negotiation & Management:
oReview and negotiate terms and conditions in quotations and contracts to maximize company benefits.
oDraft and refine contracts for review and approval by the Manager.
Supplier Relationship Management:
oResolve supply chain issues such as cargo damage, shipment delays, and payment discrepancies.
oConduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Order Management:
oProcess purchase orders (POs) daily, ensuring timely order confirmations and addressing order amendments.
oCoordinate with internal customers and suppliers on product specifications and drawing changes.
o Ensure all procurement activities adhere to established company protocols.
Reporting & Administrative Support:
o Prepare summary reports and fulfill other ad-hoc requests as assigned.
