Responsibilities:
Application Support & IT Systems
- Provide first-level support for clinical and internal systems (troubleshooting, issue tracking, escalation)
- Assist in system change requests, testing, and minor enhancements
- Support system integrations, upgrades, and user access management
- Perform data extraction, report generation, and basic analysis
- Maintain IT equipment, systems, and documentation
Operations & Coordination
- Support daily department operations and service workflows
- Assist users in resolving system and process-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on system matters
- Support procurement, asset tracking, and basic budgeting tasks
Projects & Improvement
- Assist in IT projects and system implementations
- Support KPI tracking and reporting
- Maintain SOPs and documentation
- Participate in audit and compliance activities
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Healthcare, or related discipline
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, application support, or similar roles
- Experience in application/system support (any industry)
- Exposure to healthcare systems is an advantage
- Familiar with Excel and basic data reporting
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or integrations
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Willing to learn and take on both IT and operational responsibilities
- Good communication skills to support non-technical users
