Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection activities Administer onboarding activities.
- Manage training and development activities.
- Process payroll and overtime payment.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Administer discipline and compliance policy.
- Maintain personnel records and HR information systems.
- Assist in performance evaluation exercise, HR planning and budget exercise.
- Participate in safety and recreation committee.
- Assist in collective agreement negotiation with Union.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.
- Manage HR services for foreign workers from China and Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Degree in human resource management
- Hands-on HR generalist experience
- At least 5 years of working experience in a hi-tech manufacturing environment
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working experience with human resource information systems such as TimesPay
