Contract Receptionist

Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk-in guests
  • Booking of meeting rooms
  • Arrange for local and overseas courier
  • Attend to incoming calls
  • Handle all Facilities-related procurement including sourcing of quotations
  • Handle all renewal of maintenance contract for office equipment etc.
  • Ordering of monthly beverages
  • Work closely with pantry lady to ensure there’s sufficient supplies for staff
  • Keep records of equipment loaned out to staff (not frequent)
  • Ensure that whiteboard markers are replenished regularly in the meeting rooms
  • Collection of postal mail and distribution letters to staff
  • In charge of gifts declaration, update gifts received and whereabouts of these gifts
  • Distribution of company items eg. Jackets, masks, etc.

Requirements

  • GCE O level
  • 2 years of working experience in receptionist role
