Receptionist cum Administrator (Perm / Financial Institution)

Permanent | Financial Institution

Central; 8.40 am – 5.30 pm

                                                            

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone system, outgoing mail franking, and incoming mail sorting and distribution.
  • Schedule and arrange local and international courier services, coordinating with delivery agents and drivers.
  • Oversee room bookings, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, including stationery, beverages, and pantry items.
  • Assist with pest control, name card printing, mobile line contract renewals, and general office upkeep, including lighting and air conditioning maintenance.
  • Handle travel arrangements for the COO, including bookings and expense claims, and liaise with building management for fire drills.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree with minimum 2years’ experience of relevant experience in banking industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Only Singaporeans
