Responsibilities:

• Issue and amend guarantees for banks and corporate customers, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Process billing for guarantee fees quarterly, manage outstanding transactions, and follow up on unpaid bills.
• Scan and upload LG documents for new issuances and amendments.
• Ensure customer application forms are correctly filled out, signed, and any alterations are duly documented.
• Obtain necessary compliance clearances.
• Improve product processing to enhance customer delivery time while maintaining high service quality.
• To support for team members’ duties during their absence.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree with minimum 1years’ experience of trade finance / trade guarantees in banking industry
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Only Singaporeans
